Full Council meetings are normally held in Boughton Monchelsea village hall, starting at 7pm. Members of the public and press are welcome to attend.
Meeting dates for the rest of 2021 are 18th May, 6th July, 7th September and 2nd November. With the easing of COVID restrictions, these will take place in the village hall. It is not permitted to hold remote public meetings after 6th May therefore, due to the large number of residents who normally attend and the legal requirement to hold it before 1st June, unfortunately our Parish Meeting will not go ahead this year.
Planning meetings are held on a regular basis, as and when planning applications are received from Maidstone Borough Council. Planning meetings are advertised in advance on the website and our noticeboard in Church Street. Planning meetings are also open to the public and press. These meetings have been taking place via zoom but face to face meetings will resume from 7th May.
Any member of the public or press who wishes to attend a remote council or planning meeting should contact the clerk for the invitation link or view the agenda on the main Parish Council noticeboard or website.
